How Mobile Detail HQ collects, uses, and protects information for detailers, teams, and customers.

Mobile Detail HQ collects account details, business profile information, team member details, customer and job records, photos uploaded for appointments, availability settings, and basic device or usage information needed to run the service.
We use this information to provide the app, manage jobs and schedules, help teams communicate, secure accounts, improve reliability, troubleshoot support requests, and send operational messages about the service.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only when needed to operate Mobile Detail HQ, such as hosting, email delivery, payments, maps, analytics, storage, and customer support tools.
We keep information while an account is active or as needed for legal, operational, and backup purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update account and business information in the app. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, contact support and include the business account email.
