The terms that apply when you access or use Mobile Detail HQ.

Mobile Detail HQ is for managing detailing operations, including jobs, customers, photos, availability, invoices, payments, and related business workflows. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the customer records, job details, photos, and other content you add. You grant Mobile Detail HQ permission to process that content so we can provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use Mobile Detail HQ in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We work to keep Mobile Detail HQ reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or updates. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Mobile Detail HQ is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
